HUMAN RESOURCE AND CORPORATE AFFAIRS MANAGER (Code: HRM)

The responsibility of the role is to lead Human Resource & Corporate Affairs Departments, and to acts as office manager.

Main Job Roles:

  1. Organization Development & People Development
  2. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
  3. Performance Management
  4. Updated with latest tax and labor laws & regulation
  5. Develop and implement customized HR improvement policies & procedures
  6. Personnel Administration
  7. Industrial Relation & dispute labor
  8. General Affairs & Administration
  9. Corporate structure & legal issues

Minimum Requirement:

  • Have strong understanding of HR planning / strategy, industrial relationship, recruitment & selection, training & development, general affairs and office management.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
  • High integrity, good team player, strong communications and negotiation skills, able to work under pressure
  • Solid track record on contribution to company and Management
  • Degree from reputable university in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management or Law
  • Min. 5 (five) years experience in Human Resources function, General Affairs & Office Management with minimum 2 (two) years in managerial level or Senior Supervisor. HR Management consulting working experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and writing English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office

 

ACCOUNT MANAGER (Code: AM)

The responsibilities of the role involve developing and executing face to face communications solutions for the agency’s many and varies clients. These clients can range from FMCG, Corporate, Automotive, and Entertainment brands to name a few.

Requirements:

  • Male/ Female Max. 30 years old
  • Strong Account Management experience in Event Organizer/Activation Agency/Advertising Agency minimum of 3 years.
  • Have an understanding and love of branding
  • Ideas driven
  • Good in strategic thinking proved by oral presentation and proposal writing
  • Passionate both on creative and field working circumstances (execution) to realize approved idea
  • Not only hard worker but also smart worker
  • Know how to have fun
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proficient in English (speaking and writing)
  • The ability to lead a team and add flair to every project you do!

 

 

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (Code: AE)

Your role as an Account Executive would be primarily responsible for Client interface and interaction, internal work flow management and to support an Account Manager in the management and execution of experiential marketing projects that best suit the client’s needs.

Requirements:

  • Female max. 25 years old
  • At least 1 (one) year experience in similar position within Event Organizer/Activation Agency/Advertising Agency/Radio Station / TV station environment
  • Have an understanding and love of branding
  • Ideas driven
  • Good in strategic thinking proved by oral presentation and proposal writing
  • Passionate both on creative and field working circumstance (execution) to realize approved idea.
  • Good performance under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Has fantastic attention to detail
  • Can work as a team or independently
  • Proficient in MS Office

PROGRAM OFFICER (Code: PO)

Program Officer – Operation will be consequently responsible for experiential event preparation and execution with high level customer satisfaction standard. In charge for such pivotal functions, ideally the successful candidate would have the following qualifications: 

  • Creative and fun person J
  • Male, max 27 years old
  • Have at least 1-2 years experienced in Event Organizer/Activation Agency
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent skills in developing the details of the event  
  • Have an understanding the consistency of concept and implementation
  • Honest, strong leadership, discipline & highly motivated people
  • Fast & able to work under tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude as well as a team player

 

PROGRAM MANAGER (Code: PM)

Program Manager will be consequently responsible in developing experiential creative concept, program development as well as understanding the execution in high level customer satisfaction standard. In charge for such pivotal functions, ideally the successful candidate would have the following qualifications:       

Requirements:

  • Creative and fun person J
  • Male, max. 30 years old
  • Strong experience for Concept Development in Event Organizer/Activation Agency min 3 years
  • Idea generation person
  • Have a bit of understanding in production side will be a plus
  • Have an understanding and passion about branding
  • Good in strategic thinking proved by excellent oral presentation and proposal writing
  • Passionate both on creative and field working circumstances (execution) to realize approved idea
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent leadership and able to manage a team
  • Honest, strong leadership, discipline & highly motivated people
  • Fast & able to work under tight deadlines

VISUAL COMMUNICATION DESIGNER (Code: VCD)

Visual Communication – The role will be to assist the Creative Head in producing outstanding print and digital work for our ever-growing client base.

The highly motivated candidate will be a conceptual thinker, coming up with considered and relevant ideas which offer value to the client. He/she must be forward-thinking, innovative and adaptive when creating solutions.

A skilled graphic designer with a good understanding of typography, he/she will be able to maintain aesthetics while designing for functionality and user experience.

Above all this highly-skilled and enthusiastic candidate must be capable of consistently delivering outstanding pitch-winning creative for our growing agency and the ability to develop, execute and evaluate targeted marketing communications via multiple media venues.

Requirement:

  • Full time positions
  • Male/ Female max. 25 years old
  • At least 1 (one) year of working experience
  • Working experiences with an ad agency, creative boutique or magazine is preferred.
  • Fully competent with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Familiar with PC base Adobe Flash, Macromedia Dreamweaver, In Design, and other graphic design software
  • Skills in Photography, illustration, web design and web programming  are advantages
  • Conceptual, creative, fresh and inspirational, has an eye for innovation and up to date with new materials and processes.
  • Good organization, planning skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to work as a team and independently with minimum supervision

3D DESIGNER (Code: 3D)
3D Designer – The role will involve working on range of projects from modular systems to live events, from design to operations coordinating support on site whenever required during exhibition/events

The highly motivated candidate will be a conceptual thinker, coming up with considered and relevant ideas which offer value to the client.

Above all this highly-skilled and enthusiastic candidate must be capable of consistently delivering outstanding 3D creative concept for our growing client base.

Requirement:

  • Full time positions
  • Male/ Female max. 30 years old
  • At least 3 (three) year of working experience in exhibition booth design/ event
  • Familiar with PC base on Photoshop, 3D Max, AutoCAD, Designing Software
  • Conceptual, creative, fresh and inspirational, has an eye for innovation and up to date with new materials and processes.
  • Good in detail technical drawing and sketch
  • Dedicated , Flexible, Possess initiative, good working attitude and responsible
  • Good organization, planning skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to work as a team and independently with minimum supervision
  • Good communication and presentation skills

 

Finance & Accounting Manager (Code: FAM)

The responsibility: Your role is to plan, develop and manage all aspects of financial & accounting functions. This includes reporting, reviewing & performing financial performance analysis, consolidation, cash flow management, taxation, internal controls, credit control and risk management and ensures timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports in accordance with accounting standard.

Special Requirements:

–          Graduated from a reputable university, with a bachelor degree  in Finance or Accounting.

–          Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience,  experience in bellow the line agency will be an advantage.

–          Updated and understood with the latest tax regulations under the law of Indonesia and tax treaty.

–          Understand can operate Accurate accounting software.

–          Male or female, minimum 35 years old

General Requirements:

–          Strong leadership coupled with hands-on attitude is essential as incumbent will have to provide leadership and coaching to the team.

–          Excellent inter-personal skills, Self motivated, independent, able to multi-task and work under pressure
